She welcomed us with a warm smile, made us feel comfortable straight away, and created such an amazing atmosphere at our table. She was attentive throughout the entire meal without ever hovering. She checked in at all the right times, made sure our drinks were topped up, and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish. Even while the restaurant was busy, Amy stayed calm, professional, and incredibly friendly. Everything felt effortless because she was so organised and on top of everything. What really stood out was how genuine and personable Amy was. She made us feel like valued customers and added such a positive energy to the whole experience. She was happy to answer questions, made sure our order was exactly right, and checked back to make sure we were enjoying our meals. That level of care really doesn’t go unnoticed. Our burgers were great, but Amy’s service honestly made the whole visit even better. She’s friendly, attentive, hardworking, and someone who clearly takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience. It’s rare to come across service that feels this welcoming and genuine. A big thank you to Amy for making our visit so enjoyable. She’s a real asset to the restaurant, and we’ll definitely be back again because of the experience she gave us. The gourmet burger with caramellised onions was delicious! Special mention to our waitress Kyla, what a great energy she is!"
